Engine oil

Engine oil is the most important item in your car engine, it supplies the entire system with lubrication to make sure that engine will run smoothly and with minimum friction to prevent wear in engine components. Engine oil must be replaced every 10.000 KM or 6 Months to ensure proper working conditions for your engine.

Engine Coolant

Engine coolant is a liquid mixture of water and antifreeze located in your vehicle's radiator. It prevents your engine from overheating in hot weather and freezing in extreme cold weather. It has to be checked every maintenance to keep the engine safe from any overheating problems.

Brake fluid

Brake fluid is one of the most important fluids in a car. Without it, safe driving would be impossible, as the brakes would not work. Brake fluid transmits the force exerted by the driver on the brake pedal onto the wheel brake. In order to ensure it can always handle this, the brake fluid must be changed regularly during inspection or maintenance.

Gearbox Fluid

Gearbox fluid is the main item in all automatic gearboxes, it supplies the gearbox mechanisms and clutches with lubrication and hydraulic pressure which are needed to transmit the engine power to the gearbox then to the wheels to keep the car driving. It has a specific formula for each gearbox type and has to be changed every 60.000 KM to assure proper lubrication to the gearbox internals.

Engine Air filter

Engine Air filter is very important to the Engine performance, its main function is to supply clean air with proper flow to the engine intake, which leads to good combustion to the fuel mixture and give the car best performance with the most efficient fuel economy.

Spark plugs

Spark plugs function is to generate the spark needed to start the ignition process to make the engine running, they are subjected to high amounts of pressure and heat, therefore they must be replaced every 30.000 KM to keep the engine running in best conditions.

Air condition air filter

A/C air filter has an important rule in A/C system, it purifies the air coming through the A/C vents and keeps the air clean from any dust or impurities to keep the cabin air healthy and gives the A/C air the optimum flow. A/C air filter need to be replaced every 20.000 KM

Fuel filter

A fuel filter is a filter in a fuel line that screens out dirt and rust particles from the fuel. Fuel filters serve a vital function in today's modern, tight-tolerance engine fuel systems. Fuel filters have two types, External filters which need to be replaced regularly, and internal filters integrated inside the fuel pump which need to be checked every 90.000 KM.

Accessory belt

Accessory belt is belt made from high strength rubber, its main function is to transmit the rotation movement from the engine to the car accessories such as alternator and A/C compressor. It has a lifespan of 60.000 KM so it has to be replaced after that.

Timing belt

Timing belt the the main belt used in Engines, it's the belt that connects the crankshaft with cam shafts and transmit the rotation in the correct timing to ensure the engine runs perfectly. it has to be replaced every 100.000 KM.

Brake pads

Brake pads are the key component in brake systems, they are made of a composite of high friction resistant materials and high thermal load resistive composites to ensure best brake performance in every driving conditions, pads are checked regularly for every maintenance and it should be replaced when they reach their minimum thickness.

Battery

Car battery is the electrical energy storage and source on all modern vehicles, its main job is to supply the car with electric supply to keep all the electrical components active and to supply the engine starter motor with enough power to start the engine in all conditions. A car battery has a lifetime and it is checked regularly for every maintenance and replaced if needed.

Starter motor

Starter motor is an electrical motor with very high power that is used to start the cranking process for a car engine to start the ignition cycle. It has to be checked if there is any issue in starting the car or if it has unusual noise coming from it when starting.

Alternator

Alternator is a device that converts the mechanical movement of the engine into an electric energy, this energy is used to supply the car battery with enough volts and current to keep it charged and to feed the electrical system. Alternator output is checked every maintenance to make sure it supplies enough power to keep the battery charged.

A/C compressor

A/C compressor is the main component in A/C system, its rule is to compress the refrigerant gas into the A/C system with enough pressure to make sure that the A/C system cools down the car cabin temperature as needed. A/C compressor is to be checked if it has unusual noises or if there are any performance issues in A/C function.

Airbag system

An airbag is a vehicle occupant-restraint system using a bag designed to inflate extremely quickly, then quickly deflate during a collision. It consists of the airbag cushion, a flexible fabric bag, an inflation module, and an impact sensor. The purpose of the airbag is to provide a vehicle occupant with a soft cushioning and restraint during a collision. It can reduce injuries between the flailing occupant and the interior of the vehicle. Airbag system has to be checked if any error message appears to the driver to make sure that the system is fully functional

Power assisted steering

Power assisted steering is a system that assists the driver to move the steering wheel with minimum effort. It has two types, the hydraulic type and electro-mechanical type. Power assisted steering system has to be checked if there are any difficulties in car maneuvering or drivability.

ABS system

Anti-lock braking system is a brake system that takes action on heavy braking, the main rule for this system is to prevent the steering ability for the car from locking on heavy braking to give the driver the ability to avoid the obstacle by using the steering maneuvering. The ABS system has to be checked if any error message appears to keep the system working.

Immobilizer

Immobilizer is a function that makes the car theft impossible, the Immobilizer system is coded into the car key and car control units, all these component are communicating together each time you use your key to start the car, you car key has a unique code like the fingerprint which tells the other car control that it is now safe to start the car. If any other key is being tried to start the car, the control units will reject it to keep the car safe from theft danger.

Tyres

Tyres are a very important part of the car, it gives the car the road grip and suspension comfort beside braking efficiency and steering. Tyres have to be inflated to specific pressure to assure that they operate as intended. Tyres have to be replaced every 40.000 KM in normal use.
